Carolina Coast Collision is a certified Mercedez-Benz Collision Center.
We are 1 of only 5 shops in the state of North Carolina that is Mercedez-Benz certified.
If you drive a Mercedez-Benz in the Wilmington area and are in an accident, you will be asked if you want to be taken to a Mercedez-Benz shop for your repairs. In this circumstance Mercedez-Benz will tow your car for free to our facility and allow us to begin work.
Being Mercedez-Benz certified means that we have that proper tools as well as the proper training to bring your car back to pre-accident condition. Our staff goes to Texas 3 times a year to continue our training with Mercedez-Benz. We are trained on the does, the dont's and the newest knowledge involved in repairing these beautiful German machines.
Our facility is equipped with a clean room specifically for our Mercedez-Benz vehicles. In this room, all the air particles in the air during sanding and filling are filtered through a vent then recirculated into the room. This leads to a higher quality finish on our cars that you will be sure to notice.

Services
You have the right to have your vehicle repaired at the shop of your choice. You are not required to use a shop selected by your insurance company. We work with most insurance companies and take care of all the details so you don't have to.
ESTIMATES ARE $25. NO APPOINTMENT NECESSARY for an estimate.
Towing:
If your car is unsafe to drive, we can arrange to have it towed to our facility.
Rental Cars:
Carolina Coast Collision works with several rental car companies that will bill your insurance directly.
We provide:
- Collision repairs/refinishing for both foreign and domestic vehicles
- Headlight restoration
- Frame repair with universal measuring system

- Pin-striping
